Chip and Dip Chicken

from the kitchen of CeOla Fancher

1 (2-1/2 - 3 pound) fryer, cut into pieces, (or 4 breasts or 8 thighs or legs)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) container onion dip
1-1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Coat each piece of chicken with onion dip and then with potato chip crumbs.

Place on a foiled baking sheet. Bake for one hour.

Yield: 4 servings
