Egg Drop Soup with extras
Heat one cup of water to boiling on the stove, add 1 chicken bouillon cube, stir to dissolve. Take 1 egg and whisk it in a separate bowl. Using the whisk again, gently stream the egg into the boiling chicken "stock". Cool enough to eat and serve!
You can also add a couple of veggies & a bit of chicken. Remember this is in one cup so you donít need much. To change it up a bit, add a little rice or noodles of any kind.
