¼ c mayonnaise
2T Aunt Fossie\'s Chicken BBQ sauce
1T grated onion
½ T lemon juice
¼ tsp pepper
1 Ripe tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
4 c lettuce
1 ½ c chopped cooked chicken
5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and sliced
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover & chill dressing thoroughly.
Arrange lettuce on individual salad plates; top each with tomato and chicken. Just before serving, spoon dressing mixture over the salad; sprinkle with bacon and garnish w/ egg slices. Serves 2.
