White Chicken Chili

From the Kitchen of Barb Ross-Shannon, Rockford, IL

Saute:
Tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic

Add:
2 c cooked cubed chicken
1 can Northern white beans
1 c chicken broth
c salsa

Heat thoroughly. Serve with grated cheese or salsa or sour cream or onion.

Freezes well!
