Lemon Chicken Soup

1 cup (8 oz) chicken broth. (or 1 chicken bouillon cube completely dissolved in 1 cup of water)
1 t thinly shredded or julienned carrots
¼ t lemon juice
Dash dried lemon grass
Salt and Pepper to taste

Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer. Add
1/3-1/2 piece of cooked chicken breast or thigh, shredded. Heat through.

Serves 1.
