Chicken Salad with Grapes

From Ty, Long Island, NY

Leftover Chicken-deboned
1 Spring Onion
3/4 cup of halved red seedless grapes
2 Tblsp of Mayonaisse

Put leftover bits of chicken (white and/or dark meat) into a food processor and pulse a few times. Combine the halved grapes, diced spring onion, mayo, and a bit of salt and pepper to taste. Can serve on toast or on leafy green lettuce. Simple and amazingly flavorful!
