Chicken Tostadas

1 cup of shredded chicken
10 tostadas
1 cup of refried beans
½ cup of chopped lettuce
2 sliced tomatoes
½ sliced onion
2 sliced avocados
½ cup of sour cream
½ cup of fresh Mexican cheese or any grated cheese
Green  salsa 

Spread the beans on the tostadas, add the chicken, lettuce, two slices of tomato, some onion, avocado, one teaspoon of sour cream and sprinkle some chesses on top. Serve the green salsa on the side.

GREEN SALSA
1 pound tomatillos, husked, washed and stemmed
4 large jalapeno chiles, stemmed, seeded if desired
1/4 medium onion
1/2 cup cold water
1 bunch of cilantro, 
2 teaspoons salt

In blender place tomatillos, jalapenos and water. Puree until just chunky. Add remaining ingredients and puree about 2 minutes more, or until no large chunks remain.
