4-6 boneless thighs
1/2 can green chile enchilada sauce
1 can diced green chiles
1-2 T olive oil
Mix first 4 ingredients well in a bowl. Place chicken in a 13x9x2 cooking dish.
Season with garlic salt and cumin to taste. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until thighs are completely cooked.
Serve with corn tortillas and cheese
