Leftover Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms

1 T olive oil
2 Precooked chicken breasts
1 c sliced Portobello mushrooms
1 T flour
½ c chicken broth
1 T heavy cream
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Wrap chicken breasts in foil and place in 350 oven for about 20 minutes to get hot. You also might want to slice and butter a small baguette, wrapping it in foil as well and place in oven for 10 minutes.

Heat olive oil in skillet until hot. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with flour. Toss to coat. Add chicken broth, cooking for about 1 minute. Add cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste. Sauce will thicken.  Plate the chicken and immediately pour the sauce on it. Serve with warm crusty bread.
