Lemon Feta Chicken

1 T olive oil
1 minced garlic clove
1-2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded but not chopped
¼ c crumbled feta
1 T capers
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. dried cilantro
1 tsp. dried basil

Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, cooking until fragrant but not browned. Add all ingredients except cilantro & basil. Cook until chicken is heated through and sauce begins to thicken (about 2-3 minutes). Stir in spices to combine.  Serve with sliced tomato salad.
