(when you’d like a refreshing Margarita, but don’t need the alcohol!)

Into sealable plastic bag, mix:
¼ c Frozen margarita mix, thawed (may use bottled version)
1-2 Tsps. Fresh lime juice
¼-½ tsp. minced garlic
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast (best if raw, but can use precooked)
Marinade at least 4 hours.
Grill until done but not dry. An alternative is to bake it at 300 degrees for 15 minutes then put under broiler for a couple of minutes to brown.
