Oven-fried Chicken (very kid friendly)

In bowl #1, mix:
2 egg whites (or egg substitute, thawed)
2 Tsps. Water
In bowl #2, mix:
1 c crushed Corn Flakes or similar cereal
½ tsp. sage
½ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. thyme
Salt & Pepper to taste
Dip 1 or 2 chicken breasts in egg/water mixture then dredge in cereal mixture to coat.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 350.
