Chicken Fajitas

Marinade: Mix all ingredients together. Set aside 2-3 T. Put rest in resealable plastic bag.
2 T. fresh lime juice
2 T. orange juice
1 T. olive oil
½ tsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. minced onion
½ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. cilantro
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. salt

1-2 fresh chicken breasts, cut into strips
¼ green pepper cut into strips
¼ red bell pepper cut into strips
½ onion, thinly sliced
4 small to medium flour tortillas (average 2 per person)

Add chicken to bag, seal it and toss to coat chicken. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Heat oil in heavy skillet, add chicken and cook until brown. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add peppers, onion & reserved marinade, cooking about 4 minutes until tender. Return chicken and cook until heated through. Spoon chicken mixture on warmed tortillas.  Enjoy!
