Broccoli & Chicken Rigatoni

2 T. olive oil
1-2 minced garlic cloves
1 c. broccoli florets (good way to deal with leftover broccoli, too!)
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
½ c. chicken broth (OK to use bouillon cube)
Salt & pepper to taste
¼- ½ c. cooked chicken, in strips or cubed
¼ lb. rigatoni, cooked to package directions

Heat olive oil in saucepan, add garlic and cook until turns golden. Add broccoli, red pepper flakes and cook for 2 minutes then add chicken broth. Simmer for about 4 minutes. Add chicken and cook until heated through.  Mix with hot pasta and serve immediately.
