Honey & Lemon Chicken
2 chicken breasts, uncooked
3-4 T. honey
1-2 tsps. Fresh lemon juice plus extra tsps.
2 tsps. Soy sauce
1-2 tsps. Minced garlic
1 T. dried rosemary
Preheat oven to 450. Mix 1 tsps. Lemon juice, rosemary and garlic into a paste. Loosen skin on chicken breasts to stuff with rosemary garlic paste.
Combine honey, lemon juice & soy sauce. Brush glaze over chickens and season with salt.
Roast for about 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and brush more glaze on chicken. Cook for another 20 minutes or until done.
